The conference is a Friday Night into all day Saturday until 5pm.
On Friday Night - We have (1) Keynote Session as well as a Youth Worker Reception and Student Symposiums (both of these have free food). The evening will end around 10:30pm. If your team would like to continue the evening, there is a Late-Night Worship from 10:45pm – 11:15pm.
On Saturday we have (3) Keynote Sessions, (3) Breakout Sessions, and Free Lunch for all attendees! For a more detailed schedule – click here.

Will I be able to see the titles and descriptions of the sessions ahead of the conference?
Yes,here is the list of all of breakout sessions.We will continue to update this list as more become available.
Will the session I attend be recorded?
Not all sessions will be recorded, please consult the Ignite App. Recorded sessions will be highlighted.

Is the event really just $59?
Yes, $59 is the Early Bird rate and is valid until January 31st of the conference year.
How can I register for Ignite?
Please refer to the “Registration” pageon the website.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Absolutely. All registrations are fully transferable, but they are non-refundable.
What does my registration cover?
Friday night and all-day Saturday. There are bonus Friday night options for adults and students, the adult reception will have a buffet and student symposiums will be catered, along with lunch on Saturday.
Can I purchase a partial registration if I can’t attend the entire weekend?
No, we do not offer partial registrations.

Conference audio is completed after the end of the conference season in April. We endeavor to make sure you are provided with the best possible listening experience.
As a bonus to everyone who purchases the audio, you will be able to hear keynote and breakout sessions that were not available at the location you attended; that’s 9 keynotes and 20+ breakout sessions.

We understand that attending a conference with sensory sensitivities can present unique challenges. Here are some important details to help you plan your visit:
Sensory Considerations
Loud Music: There will be loud music during the praise and worship portion of o the conference.
Flashing Lights: Some parts of the event may include flashing or strobe lighting.
Crowd Size: The conference is expected to have large crowds in most areas.
Accommodations Available
Overflow Room: For a quieter environment, we have an overflow room available. This room will feature a livestream of the main conference events, allowing you to participate in a calmer setting.
Planning Tips: If you are sensitive to noise or light, consider bringing earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, or tinted glasses to enhance your comfort.
Arrive early to find seating that feels most comfortable for you.
We are committed to making this event as inclusive and enjoyable as possible for all attendees.

At each location we want you and your group to feel safe. Each location will provide a safety/security and medical team. They will be on site during the duration of the conference.

This year we will no longer have a conferene booklet. We will be asking our attendees to download the Ignite App to see a complete schedule, the sessions available during each Breakout, as well as speaker notes.
New this year in Colorado Springs and Oswego – Late Night Worship from 10:45 PM – 11:15 PM

There is one free meal offered on Saturday during the lunch break. This is a “sack lunch”, sandwich, chips, cookie, and water.
For those who have a dietary restriction, there will be a way to indicate that when you register.
Free BONUS Meal, served Friday night at 9:30pm, there is a bonus late night buffet for adults and meal options for students. Adults who attend are invited to the free Youth Worker Reception and students as well will be able to enjoy free food when they attend one of the (5) Student Symposiums (hosted by our sponsors and they are all catered by a local restaurant).
